En los últimos veinte años, las respuestas a estas preguntas se han vuelto cada vez más importantes, y cada vez más problemáticas, para los académicos y profesionales que buscan comprender la creación, la gestión y el papel de la reputación en la vida corporativa. Este Manual pretende aportar claridad de definición a estos temas, dando cuenta de la investigación y la teoría existentes y ofreciendo orientación acerca de dónde podría ser más rentable obtener una beca sobre reputación corporativa.
