El presente texto pretende dar a conocer aspectos claves tales como: 1. Explicar claramente la importancia de continuar protegiendo la subcategoría de "discurso de odio" 2. Demostrar que las leyes que restringen tal discurso no reducen efectivamente los daños temidos del "discurso de odio" 3. Demostrar que las contramedidas no censuradoras, incluido el tipo de robusta "contratecisa" que ha sido cada vez más vigorosa en todo EE.
