Story set in London where we are given a detailed description of a day in the life of an upper-class woman, Clarissa Dalloway, of her surroundings, of her interior, of her conscience that opens up to the reader to make him a participant in his feelings and in all aspects of his life: his present and his past. Other characters that surround Clarissa are also treated: friends, family..., each one with their concerns and fears so that at the end of the novel they all gather in a big party and show us a perfect x-ray of English society at the time. editor
